Modular Handlers and Deeper Integrations
GameCatalyst is built around modular handlers, which makes the system highly extendable. The core handlers already cover the major workflow areas, so the AI can already do real project work today without needing deeper specialized integrations.
That is the key idea: the core handlers already do the heavy lifting. The deeper modular handlers are additive enhancements that give the AI more specialized knowledge, smarter workflows, and stronger abilities in focused systems where that extra depth matters.
ProBuilder is the clearest example of that modular philosophy in action:
- ProBuilder (Unity) — Completed. Adds 60+ specialized level-design commands for rooms, corridors, stairs, arenas, surfaces, and rapid blockouts through natural conversation.
Planned modular expansions — included free for current GameCatalyst users as they roll out:
- Unity-focused integrations: UI Toolkit, Cinemachine, Game Creator 2, Animation, Timeline, Terrain Tools, Splines, Behavior, Character Controller, Scriptable Build Pipeline, Asset Manager, 2D, Addressables, and Entities / Entities Graphics.
- Engine expansions: Unreal Engine, Godot Game Engine, and S&box Game Engine.
That means the value story is strong in two directions at once: GameCatalyst is already useful right now, and current users will keep gaining deeper integrations as they are added.
