Vexstorm Studios is not liable for content, code, or project modifications generated by AI clients through GameCatalyst.

GameCatalyst is infrastructure. It provides the connection layer, permission controls, and command routing that allow AI clients to interact with your game engine. The actual AI responses, generated code, and creative decisions come from the AI client you choose to use (Claude, ChatGPT, Windsurf, Gemini, etc.) and are governed by that provider’s own terms of service.

That said, we take our responsibility seriously:

• We have spent considerable time testing edge cases across session management, file operations, command execution, and multi-client scenarios
• We have built multiple layers of permission gating specifically to prevent unintended actions
• We have designed the system so that every destructive operation requires explicit user approval
• We have ensured that your project data stays local, anonymous, and under your control
